Run your ERLC department like it's real.
Precinct is the Discord bot and in-game MDT for Emergency Response: Liberty County communities. Ranks, shifts, training and records all live in one place, with no spreadsheets.
Built for how ERLC servers actually run
Most ERLC communities juggle a Discord, a Roblox group, a clock-in sheet and a pile of reports. Precinct connects them. Staff set it up once, and every officer, deputy, firefighter and DOT operator gets the same tools.
Police Department
Cadet, Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Colonel, Commander.
Sheriff's Office
Recruit, Deputy, Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Colonel, Chief Deputy.
Fire Department
Volunteer, Rookie, Firefighter, Paramedic, Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief.
Dept. of Transportation
Trainee, Technician I, II and III, Senior Technician.
These match the real ERLC ranks. There are no separate divisions: SWAT and EMS are part of the team, so they don't get their own ranks.
An MDT that stays on top of Roblox
Log citations, warnings, stops, arrests, BOLOs and searches without alt-tabbing out of your patrol. Use it as a Windows overlay or straight from this website.
- Run
/mdt registerin DiscordPrecinct DMs you a one-time code that expires in 5 minutes. - Link your accountEnter your Guild ID, Discord ID and code. There are no passwords.
- Pick your department onceIt has to match a role you hold, and only staff can move you later.
Every record is tied to a real officer
Automatic callsigns
Each officer gets the lowest free number in their department, like PD-04. It's set by the server, so it can't be faked.
Role-checked every request
The MDT re-checks your Discord department role each time. Lose the role and you lose access.
Instructor-only trainings
A @Training Instructor role. Only Training Instructors (and Managers) can start a training or use the rank commands, and approving attendees promotes them a rank.
One shift engine
Start a shift in the app, with /shift or from the duty panel. Hours and logs stay in sync everywhere.
Everything staff need in Discord
Slash commands cover the whole department lifecycle, from the application to the promotion.

What is ERLC?
Emergency Response: Liberty County is a Roblox roleplay game. Communities run police, fire and transportation departments around it, and Precinct manages the Discord side of that.
Does staff need to set anything up?
Yes, once. Run /setup auto once. It builds the Manager and Training Instructor roles, every department with its ranks, and all channels (and can clear out your old ones after asking). Then sync the server from the MDT so officers can register.
Who can run trainings?
Members with the @Training Instructor role, plus Managers. It works across every department.
Can I change my department?
Not yourself. Staff move you with /rank, and your callsign updates automatically.
What happens if I remove my profile?
Your callsign and department lock are deleted. Registering again gives you a new callsign. Your shift hours are kept, since they belong to your Discord account.
Put your department on the clock.
