Link your Discord account

There's no password. Precinct checks your department role in Discord, so the MDT only works for people staff have put on a department.

Run /mdt register in Discord. Precinct sends you a code by DM. It works once and expires after 5 minutes.
Enter your Guild ID, Discord ID and the code. The DM lists both IDs so you can copy them.
Pick your department. You only do this once, and only staff can change it afterwards.

No DM? Turn on Direct Messages for the server, or ask staff to give you a department role first.

Do this once per Discord server. Enter the Guild ID above and press Sync server. Precinct then posts a message in your server with the same pairing code. Press Confirm there to authorise the MDT and create the log channels.

This is permanent. You can't change it yourself. If you need to move, ask staff.
